Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Department: Farm Equipment Solutions Division

Reports to: Division Head


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Source products and coordinate with suppliers to fulfil customer requirements.
  • Prepare quotations and process sales orders accurately.
  • Arrange shipments from warehouse to customers.
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist with general office administration and documentation as needed.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or coordination roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of poultry industry or equipment supply business is an advantage but not mandatory.

Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Department: Animal Health Division

Reports to: Division Head


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
  • Source products and liaise with local and international suppliers to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with international (especially China-based) suppliers for order shipment and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare quotations and process sales orders efficiently.
  • Arrange shipment of products from the warehouse to customers.
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Check warehousing stock balance regularly and prepare stock reports for internal use.
  • Survey raw material market prices and prepare updates for management to support procurement decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.
  • Assist with general office administration and documentation tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales support, supply chain, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Mandarin and/or English speaking is preferable due to frequent communication with China-based suppliers.

Location: Whole Malaysia

Department: Animal Health Division

Reports to: Division Head


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with poultry farms, integrators, and feedmillers.
  • Promote and sell a range of animal health products (e.g., vaccines, feed additives, disinfectants, water-soluble vitamins).
  • Provide technical advice and product recommendations to farm owners, veterinarians, and nutritionists.
  • Conduct on-site farm visits to understand customer challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads, and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to propose business strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and industry events.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Preferable sales experience in the animal health or poultry industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with broiler and layer farm operations and feedmill business practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
  • Able to travel frequently to farms and customer sites across assigned regions.

Location: Johor Bahru, Negeri Sembilan

Reports to: Directors


Key Responsibilities:

Driving Duties

  • Safely drive company directors to meetings, appointments, site visits, and outstation trips.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced.
  • Monitor road conditions and plan efficient travel routes.
  • Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to schedule.
  • Maintain a proper vehicle logbook for mileage and petrol usage.


Office Support Duties

  • Run errands such as delivering documents, collecting parcels, and making office-related purchases.
  • Assist in photocopying, filing, and basic administrative support when not driving.
  • Support office staff in general upkeep, such as organizing supplies and setting up meeting rooms.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.


Job Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) with clean driving record.
  • Preferable above 1 year experiences as a personal or company driver.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional weekend or night travel.
  • Familiar with routes in Johor Bahru, Negeri Sembilan, Klang Valley and major cities in Malaysia.
  • Physically fit and well-groomed with a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of confidentiality.
  • Able to communicate in basic English or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to assist with non-driving tasks as required.
